THIS COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT is made pursuant to the Industrial Relations Act this Wednesday 23 January 2002 between SINGAPORE MARITIME OFFICERS’ UNION, of 111 North Bridge Road, #22-04/05/06 Peninsula Plaza, Singapore 179098 (hereinafter called the “Union”) being a trade union of employees registered pursuant to the Trade Unions Act of the one part, and MARCO SHIPPING COMPANY PTE LTD of 200 Cantonment Road, #16-03 Southpoint, Singapore 089763 (hereinafter called the “Company”) of the other part.
